Can I set limits or self-exclude my account?

All requests to set up your limits must be done through 'My Account', in the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section of your Casino Secret account. You can set and modify your own daily, weekly and monthly limits, or you can self-exclude and close your account for a certain amount of time or indefinitely.

If you would like to self-exclude, please log into Casino Secret and go to ‘My Account’, ‘Responsible Gaming’ section and indicate for how long you would like to close your account.

Our Customer Service department, or anyone else associated with Casino Secret, cannot change or modify any of your limits.
