A card deposit should be an instant transfer. If your deposit is missing, try the following:
- Refresh the page and see if the deposit is reflected in your balance.
- Check your card/bank balance to verify the money has been taken.
Please make sure that the funds were deducted from your card/account and then contact us.
Most likely we will be able to trace and solve the problem without any proof of deposit. However, in some cases we might ask you for a copy of the transaction to be able to investigate with the payment provider.
A deposit would normally be instantly visible on your account. However, with international transactions it might take a couple of minutes for your balance to update.
An international transaction could take a while before it is completed, even if the amount has been reserved on your bank account.
Please note that some payment providers take longer than others to authorise a transaction. On average an authorised deposit will be credited to your player account within 5 minutes. Exceptions would be bank deposits, which, in some cases, could take up to 3 working days.
