Once my withdrawal has been processed – when can I expect to receive my withdrawal?

Our payment department usually confirms your withdrawal within 2 working days. Once we have confirmed your withdrawal request, the time you receive your withdrawal depends on the withdrawal method you used:

• Bank transfer within 1 - 5 working days
• Credit and debit card within 2 - 5 working days, as these must be processed by your bank. This is a standard practice for most banks, and is out of our control
• The other options are usually in your account within 24 hours after we have confirmed them
